IVE member Rei will take the stage as a special MC on Music Bank.



According to her agency Starship Entertainment, Rei will appear as a special MC on KBS2’s Music Bank broadcast on the 29th. Along with her fellow IVE members, she will also perform their new track “XOXZ”, released on the 25th.



Since her debut, Rei has gained attention for popularizing a variety of signature poses such as the “Ribbon Peace,” “Kongsooni Pose,” and “Rice Cake Pose.” She has also captured the tastes of Gen Z with her unique “photo-decorating” aesthetic on social media. Earlier this year, with her February release “ATTITUDE”, she sparked the viral “Runaway Guinea Pig” challenge, solidifying her status as a trend-setting icon. Rei also showcases her diverse charms through her solo YouTube variety show “Follow Rei”, which airs every Thursday. In particular, through the “Friendship with Rei” segment, she has proven her wit and stable hosting skills while collaborating with idols, actors, and entertainers from various fields.



In addition, Rei made her debut as an awards show MC at the Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2025 in May, where she received praise for smoothly leading a long live broadcast. With this experience, fans around the world are highly anticipating her performance as special MC on Music Bank.
