Seo Hyun-jin sneaks into Yoo Yeon-seok's home to prove sexual assault victimhood; "Liar" production team calls it a "performance of acting feats"

In "Liar," Seo Hyun-jin secretly infiltrates Yoo Yeon-seok's home in an attempt to prove her claim of being a victim of sexual assault.

A scene from Episode 3 of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama "Liar" (screenplay by Baek Jae-young, directed by Jo Young-min), airing on the 6th, has been released. Contrary to predictions that the case would be resolved once the polygraph test results were revealed, Min Jun-ho (played by Yoo Yeon-seok) and Kang Ji-sun (played by Seo Hyun-jin) appear to have once again found themselves in a highly volatile situation, fueling curiosity about the main broadcast of "Liar" Episode 3.

The released photos capture Min Jun-ho and Kang Ji-sun at "Min Jun-ho's home." Min Jun-ho is seen opening his front door with a suspicious gaze. In another photo, Min Jun-ho's serious expression catches the eye, suggesting he has sensed something amiss. Meanwhile, Kang Ji-sun is shown arriving at "Min Jun-ho's home" dressed in black clothing and wearing a black hat. She can also be seen pressing her body tightly against the wall, catching her breath as if startled by the sound of footsteps.

The scene depicts Kang Ji-sun, who has been pushed to the brink by the polygraph test results, hiding in "Min Jun-ho's home" to prove her claims. The intercutting between Min Jun-ho, who returns home unaware of anything, and Kang Ji-sun, who resorts to reckless actions out of desperation, is expected to deliver a tense, on-the-edge-of-explosion atmosphere.

Regarding this, the "Liar" production team stated, "In Episode 3, airing on the 6th, the battle of truths between Min Jun-ho and Kang Ji-sun will intensify, strengthening the psychological warfare between the two characters. As a result, the tension and immersion of the drama will increase further." They added, "The uncompromising performance of acting feats by actors Yoo Yeon-seok and Seo Hyun-jin will be added to showcase the pinnacle of the psychological thriller genre. We ask for your continued interest and anticipation."

Meanwhile, "Liar" Episode 3 airs at 9:50 p.m. on the 6th.
