Actress Park Min-young revealed that she plans to take a break for the first time in three years, sharing her recent status and tips on maintaining her beauty.

On the 6th, a video titled "Q&A Prepared for My Bean Sprouts" was released on the YouTube channel 'Just, Park Min-young.' In the released video, Park Min-young answered fans' questions and shared candid stories.

On this day, Park Min-young stated regarding her recent status, "It hasn't been long since I finished the drama 'Nine to Six,' and because I have been continuously doing promotions, I haven't been able to take a true rest. Since I need to recover my energy, I must eat well and sleep well. It is time for me to get back into my personal hobby of golf again. As for what I am interested in, I will be holding a fan meeting, so I am looking at which songs and dances I will perform."

Regarding her usual eating habits, she stated, "My palate is like that of a grandmother. I mainly eat foods that are healthy for my body," adding, "I have no interest in meat broth or desserts."

She also shared her thoughts on work-life balance. She said, "It is important to maintain a good balance. The moment you lose that, it feels like your personal life ends."

In particular, Park Min-young drew attention by stating, "I plan to take a short break for the first time in three years," and adding, "I am also planning to travel a lot."

She explained, "When I work, it is just a repetition of work and home. I spend time looking at the walls and gazing out the window in my precious room where no one is filming me. That is the most precious rest for me," adding, "Without that kind of time, I cannot accumulate another form of energy."

She also answered candidly to questions about her beauty management secrets. Park Min-young stated, "I am not always beautiful. Even now, when I look in the mirror, I think 'a lot of time has passed,'" adding, "I think I need to accept that."

She further added, "With the mindset of loving myself appropriately for my age, I do many things that are good for my body," and continued, "Inner beauty is important. That is why I can shine more, so I think I focus on that aspect."

Meanwhile, 'Nine to Six' is an ONF work-life balance romance about a rational woman who has lived by proving herself through work, who meets a kind and emotional man and rewrites the standards of work, love, and happiness. The first broadcast will air at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25.
