Park Seo-ham Captivates with "Delicate Emotional Acting" That Shifts Between Warmth and Coldness in "Dive to You"

Actor Park Seo-ham is captivating viewers with his passionate portrayal of a wide range of emotions.

In Episode 7 of "Dive to You," broadcast on the 17th on Disney+ and Channel A, Jeong Woo-jae (played by Park Seo-ham), a student majoring in security studies, was shown fully committing to filming after passing the audition for a short film he had watched at the suggestion of Yoon Ha-na (played by Kim Ji-yeon). During a break in filming, Ha-na, who had previously been unenthusiastic about his dream of becoming a bodyguard, candidly expressed that she hoped he would not become one. Woo-jae responded, "My dream is you, Ha-na. It is to protect you. When you become a great actress in the future, I will definitely protect you," revealing that his desire to protect the person he loves remained unchanged.

Subsequently, a startling accident occurred when a lighting rig suddenly fell, and he threw his entire body to shield and save Ha-na. Seeing Woo-jae get injured again while trying to save her, Ha-na poured out harsh words she did not truly mean in an effort to protect Woo-jae. Woo-jae, unaware of Ha-na's true feelings, displayed a hurt expression, evoking sympathy from viewers.

In Episode 8, attention was drawn as Woo-jae appeared before time-slipped Ha-na as a top actor, displaying an atmosphere that was 180 degrees different from his previous pure-hearted demeanor. He coldly set boundaries with Ha-na, who approached him warmly in her familiar form. Because the two had previously been lovers before breaking up, Woo-jae maintained a consistently cold attitude toward Ha-na, who approached him brightly as if nothing had happened, making the change in their relationship palpable.

Meanwhile, at the end of the drama, the script "Lost Time," which Woo-jae and Ha-na received simultaneously, contained the exact moment when the two had argued during their college days. Furthermore, it was revealed that the director of the script was Yang Jun-mo (played by Kang Hyeong-seok), a senior from their university, leaving viewers in confusion. This heightened curiosity about what developments would follow for him.

In this way, Park Seo-ham was responsible for immersing viewers by three-dimensionally portraying everything from warmth and reliability toward the person he loves to eyes covered with pain. In particular, he completed diverse charms across different age groups while moving between past and present times, delivering not only weighty action to protect the person he likes but also delicate emotional variations. With the appearance of a mysterious script marking a new turning point in "Dive to You," attention is focused on his continued stable and passionate performances.
