SM's rookie boy group RIIZE has surpassed a cumulative 100 million streams on Spotify for their entire discography.
According to the latest data released on the 8th, RIIZE's total cumulative streaming for four songs, from their debut song 'Get A Guitar' to 'Memories', 'Talk Saxy', and 'Love 119', has exceeded 100 million streams. This streaming milestone excludes English, Japanese, remix versions, and animation OST tracks, further emphasizing RIIZE's popularity.
Additionally, RIIZE's monthly listeners on Spotify have increased to a maximum of 3.5 million, solidifying their position as a rising force in the music industry.
Particularly, 'Get A Guitar' has already surpassed 40 million streams, and 'Love 119' achieved 10 million streams in less than a month, indicating growing interest in RIIZE's streaming metrics, which are expected to continue steadily updating.
Furthermore, on the 7th (local time), the U.S. media outlet UPROXX published an online article titled 'The Best Bets For Best New Artist At The 2025 Grammys', introducing 10 promising artists expected to be nominated for Best New Artist at the 2025 Grammy Awards, with RIIZE being the only K-pop artist mentioned, drawing attention.
UPROXX described RIIZE as "the hottest K-pop rookie. With K-pop exerting a significant influence on pop culture, it's surprising that there are no K-pop artists nominated for Best New Artist at the 2024 Grammy Awards. However, the Grammy Awards will soon follow global opinion, and we consider RIIZE an artist to watch. Expectations are high," highlighting RIIZE's promising future on the global stage.
RIIZE debuted in September 2023 with an emotional pop genre. As their name suggests, which stands for 'Rise' and 'Realize', they have been receiving global acclaim for their ever-evolving music and performances with each release.
