JYP Rookie KickFlip to Open Recruitment for 1st Official Fan Club “WeFlip” in September



Rookie boy group KickFlip under JYP Entertainment will begin recruiting members for their 1st official fan club this September.



On August 20 at 1:20 PM KST, JYP Entertainment unveiled the “coming soon” teaser poster and video for WeFlip, KickFlip’s official fan club, via the group’s official social media channels. Matching KickFlip’s debut date of January 20, the content was released at 1:20 PM, showcasing the group’s signature free-spirited energy and individuality. Members Gyehun, Amaru, Donghwa, Juwang, Minjae, Keiju, and Donghyun transformed into the hippest postmen in the world, delivering their very first love letter to WeFlip while riding skateboards. In the “KickFlip Post Office” concept, the seven members took on roles such as collecting mail, attaching stamps, and sealing with wax, charming fans with playful smiles and warm visuals.



Applications for KickFlip’s very first official fan club, WeFlip 1st Generation, will be open from September 1 to September 21 via the FANS app.



Earlier in May, KickFlip released their 2nd mini album Kick Out, Flip Now!, selling 340,655 copies in its first week (according to Hanteo Chart), and earning their second official Hanteo Chart Initial Chodong Certification Plaque following their debut album. Alongside music show promotions, the group has showcased their strong performances and live skills through various original content, quickly establishing themselves as “K-pop Super Rookies.”



Riding this momentum, KickFlip has been lighting up major global festivals this summer, proving their potential as a performance-driven boy group. Starting with Lollapalooza Chicago in the U.S. on August 2 (local time), they went on to deliver electrifying performances at Summer Sonic 2025 in Tokyo on August 16 and Osaka on August 17, heating up the venues with their energy. The group is set to continue their worldwide activities with appearances at the 2025 TIMA (TMELive International Music Awards) in Galaxy Arena, Macau, on August 23, followed by Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 at Impact Challenger Hall on August 24.
