Lee Do-kyung, formerly Vice President of ADOR, has been appointed as the new CEO.



On the 20th, HYBE Music Group’s label ADOR announced the appointment of Vice President (VP) Lee Do-kyung as its new Chief Executive Officer.



ADOR explained that the appointment was made to fully establish its operations as a label responsible for planning and managing artists’ activities, including albums and concerts.

Previously, in August last year, ADOR appointed HR expert Kim Joo-young as CEO to separate production from management and to restore organizational and managerial stability through proper personnel allocation. The ADOR board concluded that these initial goals had been achieved and, in order to drive both the growth of its artists and the label as well as to build a system capable of supporting artist activities and business initiatives more swiftly, decided to appoint a leader with practical expertise in label management.



Lee joined HYBE (formerly Big Hit Entertainment) in 2019, where he contributed to formulating the company’s overall vision and business strategy while spearheading various new ventures. In particular, in 2022, he served as Vice President of the IPX Division, which focused on developing business initiatives based on the intellectual property (IP) of HYBE Music Group artists. He played a central role in advancing solution-based businesses utilizing artist IP. Lee also oversaw merchandise, pop-up stores, and light stick businesses for all HYBE Music Group artists, while planning and executing “THE CITY” project—a large-scale collaboration initiative that extended artist IP across entire host cities of concerts, providing fans with diverse entertainment experiences.



With Lee’s appointment as CEO, ADOR is expected to be equipped with a more advanced organizational structure and an immediate support system for artist activities.



ADOR currently manages girl group NewJeans, and in June held the “2025 ADOR BOYS GLOBAL AUDITION” to recruit members for its next-generation boy group, signaling preparations for new artist production.
