가수 임영웅의 데뷔 8주년을 기념해 팬들이 어려운 이웃을 위한 물품 후원으로 의미를 더했다.
임영웅 팬클럽 '함께하는 영웅시대 경기동부방'(방장 김진주)은 임영웅의 데뷔 8주년(8월 8일)을 기념, 포천시 소외계층 가정에 500만 원 상당 물품을 후원했다.
'함께하는 영웅시대 경기동부장'은 임영웅이 광고 모델로 활약하고 있는 제주삼다수 150상자(2리터 900개)와 청정원 '햇살담은' 간장 440개를 경기북부 사랑의 열매를 통해 전달했다. '함께하는 영웅시대 경기동부방'은 "앞으로도 임영웅의 뜻에 따라 나눔과 봉사하겠다"고 전했다.
