방시혁 하이브 의장이 수백억 원대 미국 로스앤젤레스(LA)에 위치한 고급 저택을 매입했다.최근 금융감독원 전자공시시스템에 따르면 방시혁은 하이브 대규모기업집단 현황 공시를 통해 '벨 에어 스트라델라'(BEL AIR STRADELLA, LLC)란 회사를 보유했다고 신고했다. 이 업체는 미국을 소재로 둔 부동산업이며 방시혁이 지분 100%를 보유하고 있다.
하이브 측은 이번 공시와 관련해 "실무상 단순 누락돼 정정 공시했다"라고 설명했다.
미국 부동산 전문 매체 더트에 따르면 방시혁이 매입한 고급 저택은 미국 LA 부촌 벨 에어 스트라델라 로드에 자리 잡고 있으며 그는 약 2640만 달러(약 365억 원)에 매입한 걸로 알려졌다.
