지난해 6월 3일 공개된 '모래 알갱이' 뮤직비디오가 1위에 올랐으며, 지난해 10월 8일 공개된 'Do or Die' 뮤직비디오 4위를 기록했다. 한편 임영웅은 1월 19일~21일 고양에서 2023 전국투어 콘서트 'IM HERO'(아임 히어로)를 개최한다. 임영웅은 2024년 5월 25일, 26일 서울 상암월드컵경기장에서 앙코르 콘서트도 펼친다.
