Hive and JTBC join hands to launch a new girl group through the upcoming survival program 'R U Next?' The program will be broadcasted on JTBC and Japan's Abema TV.
JTBC and BILIBILI PRODUCTIONS announced on the 1st that they have started filming for the new survival program 'R U Next?' (produced by Studio ZAM and Mushroom Company).
'R U Next?' is a program that will determine the final members of the next-generation global girl group from Hive and CJ ENM's joint venture label, BILIBILI PRODUCTIONS. The broadcast is set to start on the 30th of this month, and it has been confirmed to air for a total of 10 episodes every Friday at 8:50 PM.
Participants who dream of debut will receive systematic training and prove their potential and star quality by passing each survival stage. As Hive has successfully debuted artists such as Tomorrow X Together and ENHYPEN through its multi-label system, debuting under Hive requires a verification of skills. Additionally, they must meet the requirements of being a global star.
The production team explained, "There will be a total of 7 rounds of competition, including possibilities, expressiveness, genre adaptation, professionalism, distinctiveness, creativity, and star quality." 
They further added, "While intense competition is inevitable, we will focus on the participants' stories and relationships, delivering a healthy image. We hope you will watch how Hive's next girl group is created."
Hive, after establishing the joint label BILIBILI PRODUCTIONS with CJ ENM, led the debut of ENHYPEN through the audition program 'I-LAND.' This upcoming program 'R U Next?' is a separate project from 'I-LAND.' 
Following Hive's multi-label strategy, it is expected to be the final gateway for trainees with BILIBILI PRODUCTIONS' uniqueness and autonomy in preparing for the girl group.
