가수 임영웅의 생일(6월16일)을 맞아 광주·전남 지역 팬들이 사회복지시설 후원과 나눔으로 의미를 되새겼다. 영웅시대 With Hero 광주·전남은 6월 15일 사회복지법인 순천SOS어린이마을을 방문, 후원금 329만원과 후원 물품을 전달했다.
영웅시대 With Hero광주·전남은 "임영웅의 생일을 기념해 선한 영향력이 가득하길 바라는 마음으로 회원들이 십시일반 모아 마련했다"고 밝혔다.
영웅시대 With Hero 광주·전남의 후원금은 순천SOS어린이마을 아이들의 인성프로그램 사업비로 사용될 예정이다. 영웅시대 With Hero 광주·전남은 "아이들이 행복한 세상 만들기에 동참하게 돼 뜻깊다"며 "임영웅과 팬클럽이 함께 세상에 선한 영향력을 전하는 활동을 지속해 나갈 예정"이라고 전했다
