임영웅은 팬앤스타 3월 4주차 포토톡 '선한 얼굴을 가진 스타' 투표에서 44만 8572표를 받아 압도적 1위를 기록했다.
1위를 차지한 사진 속 임영웅은 환한 얼굴로 선한 미소를 짓고 있다.
임영웅은 최근 강원, 경북 지역 산불 피해 이재민을 돕기 위해 1억 원을 기부하는 등 무명 시절부터 어려운 이웃들을 위한 따뜻한 사랑 나눔을 이어오고 있다.
