'사랑은 늘 도망가'는 2월 20일 오후 2시 기준 네이버 바이브 음악검색 TOP 100 1위를 차지했다.
지난해 10월 11일 발매된 '사랑은 늘 도망가'는 임영웅의 데뷔 첫 OST로 관심을 모았다. KBS 2TV 주말 드라마 '신사와 아가씨' OST로 삽입되며 드라마 인기에 한몫했다.
'사랑은 늘 도망가'는 2월 20일 기준 발매 133일이 지났음에도 각종 음악 차트 1위를 석권하며 존재감을 빛내고 있다.
