임영웅은 팬앤스타 11월 3주차 포토톡 '얼굴에서 인품이 드러나는 스타' 투표에서 422만 8823표를 획득, 1위를 차지했다.
1위에 오른 사진 속 임영웅은 환한 미소 속 빛나는 잘생김으로 눈길을 사로잡았다. 선한 미소가 임영웅의 착한 성품을 드러내는 듯하다.
한편 임영웅은 지난 10월 발매한 신곡 '사랑은 늘 도망가'로 큰 사랑을 받고 있다.
