On June 21, Pledis Entertainment has said to Starnews that “Although SEVENTEEN arrived and checked in on time, the airport held up the members due to issues with their paperwork which made 30 minute delay. Also together with the weather issue, the flight was already postponed 30 minutes."
Regarding the SEVENTEEN’s June 17 flight from Japan to Korea, the news spread online that their flight was delayed about 40-50 minutes. 
The agency added that "Though it was unintentional, we apologize for the fact that our issues delayed the flight."
