BTS member Jungkook has ranked No. 1 as the most searched male K-pop idol on YouTube in 2025.

According to YouTube search data, Jungkook topped the list of most searched male idols on YouTube in the United States in 2025. The achievement has drawn particular attention as it was accomplished without the release of any new songs.

Jungkook has now ranked No. 1 as the most searched K-pop idol worldwide on YouTube for five consecutive years. He also topped the rankings as the most searched male idol on YouTube in Korea, the United States, and Japan.

BTS demonstrated overwhelming influence by placing six members within the Top 10. Following Jungkook at No. 1 were V at No. 2, j-hope at No. 3, Jimin at No. 6, and Jin at No. 9, with Suga ranking No. 11. Stray Kids also performed strongly, placing four members in the Top 10: Felix at No. 4, Hyunjin at No. 5, Bang Chan at No. 8, and Lee Know at No. 10, highlighting the group’s expanding fanbase in the United States during BTS’s hiatus.

BIGBANG’s G-Dragon ranked No. 7, reaffirming his lasting presence.

In terms of official music videos, “Seven” has recorded 575 million views, “Dreamers” 430 million views, “3D” 265 million views, and “Standing Next to You” 210 million views. On YouTube Music, “Seven” has surpassed 1.1 billion plays, and Jungkook has released an impressive nine tracks that have each exceeded 100 million plays.
