Singer-songwriter Roy Kim wrapped up a special year-end musical journey with his signature gentle sensibility and warm vocals, successfully concluding his three-day solo concert series to enthusiastic acclaim.
From December 12 to 14, Roy Kim held his solo concert, “2025–26 Roy Kim LIVE TOUR [ja, daumm]”, at the Ticketlink Live Arena (Olympic Park Handball Gymnasium) in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Following a complete sell-out of all seats, additional tickets were released and sold out in a short period of time. From the planning stage, Roy Kim was directly involved in creating a tailored production, and the performance drew a strong response by combining refined stage direction with a more deeply developed musical narrative.
The concert was further elevated by the first-ever live performance of his unreleased new song, “What Should I Say?” Roy Kim explained, “It’s a song I wrote recently, thinking of those who enjoy my music and may be in need of comfort,” adding, “Just as I receive comfort on stage, I wanted to give it back through my songs. I hope that as you listen, everyone will be able to let go of their pain.” The heartfelt message resonated deeply with the audience.
In addition, the “LIVE MUSIC DRAMA” segment—first introduced last year—returned in an upgraded format. Featuring emotional narration written by Roy Kim himself, combined with music and high-quality visuals, the segment immersed the audience in an experience akin to watching a musical film.
In the latter part of the concert, mega-hit songs such as “I’ll Become Your Flower,” “If You Ask Me What Love Is,” and “I Can’t Express It Any Other Way” followed one after another, amplifying the emotional impact of the performance. Roy Kim expressed his gratitude, saying, “Being able to spend such a dreamlike year-end every year is all thanks to the audience. I sincerely hope that 2026 will be filled with even more happiness and joy for everyone here.” During the encore, songs including “Nothing Lasts Forever” echoed through the venue, bringing the three-day concert series to a close. Even after the show ended, the audience’s applause and cheers lingered on.
Marking his fourth consecutive year of completely sold-out year-end concerts, Roy Kim once again proved his unique sensibility, musical depth, and stage mastery through this performance, creating yet another “legendary concert.” The “2025–26 Roy Kim LIVE TOUR [ja, daumm]” will continue as a nationwide tour, beginning with the Seoul shows.
