The group TWS (Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin) captured attention as one of the hottest groups at the “AAA.” From flawless performances to their viral Challenge, TWS fully showcased their unique charms and added to the excitement of the electrifying AAA night.



TWS attended the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025 (AAA 2025), held on the 6th at Kaohsiung National Stadium. At the ceremony, the group received the AAA Best Musician Award in the Group category. When they met with the press in the waiting room after the awards ceremony, the members appeared visibly happy. Jihoon shared, “This is our first time performing on such a large-scale stage. It was a stage that gave us so much passion and energy. The venue was huge, and we are truly grateful to everyone who took the time to come and see us.”



Youngjae added, “Following last year, we came to the AAA stage again with new goals in mind. We showed our performance, but in fact, we were the ones who gained even more energy, and for that, we are very thankful.” Kyungmin also remarked, “Last year, I attended AAA as a fan and said how great it would be to stand on that stage. This year, I’m so happy that we were able to attend again, receive an award, and put on an amazing performance.”



This year, TWS has been receiving tremendous love for “Overdrive,” the title track from their fourth mini album Play Hard. The “Aengtal Challenge” for “Overdrive” has amassed a combined total of approximately 180 million views across videos uploaded to TWS’s official Instagram account.



The popularity of the “Aengtal Challenge” has translated into sustained strength on music charts, earning the song even more love as the year-end season approaches.
