Girls’ Generation member and actress Yoona is set to deliver winter warmth with her new single “Wish to Wish.”



According to SM Entertainment on the 12th, Yoona will release her single “Wish to Wish” on December 19 at 6 p.m. The track is a medium-tempo pop song that reinterprets the mood of 1980s pop, featuring an impressive blend of Yoona’s soft, calm vocal tone and an upbeat orchestral arrangement. The single is especially meaningful as Yoona prepared it to express gratitude for the great love she has received this year from viewers, audiences, and fans, and to conclude the year on a special note. She also participated directly in writing the lyrics, delivering the message “Let’s continue to shine together for a long time,” adding deeper significance.



Beginning with “Deoksugung Stonewall Walkway” in 2016, Yoona has showcased her clear, gentle vocal color through solo songs such as “When the Wind Blows,” “To You,” and “Summer Night,” as well as through OSTs for her films and dramas, including “Moving Out” from The House of the Evil Spirit.
