Im Siwan, the first artist under SM Entertainment’s music label SMArt, has filled his first mini album with a wide spectrum of emotions centered around love.
On the 28th at 6 p.m., a highlight medley video for Im Siwan’s solo album will be released on the official SMArt YouTube channel. The video will offer a preview of all five tracks on the mini album, including the title track “The Reason,” raising anticipation for Im Siwan’s solo debut.
One of the songs on Im Siwan’s first solo album The Reason, “Two Of Us,” is a folk track featuring a fairytale-like instrumental intro. It is a retro-style love song that sweetly captures the excitement of a heartfelt confession.
Another track, “Dear My Love,” is a ballad harmonized by gentle piano melodies and a four-piece string arrangement. The lyrics unfold like writing an innocent letter to someone deeply cherished, expressing pure affection.
Im Siwan’s first solo album “The Reason” will be released on major music platforms at 6 p.m. on December 5, and will also be available in physical album format that same day.
