Rising group CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhun, Sunghyun, Gunho) has maintained a position on the U.S. Billboard charts for 10 consecutive weeks.



According to the latest chart released by Billboard on November 18 (local time) for the week of November 22, CORTIS’s debut album COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES landed at No. 7 on the World Albums chart. The album first entered the chart at No. 15 on September 20 and reached a peak position of No. 2 on September 27, October 4, October 11, and October 18, maintaining long-term success for 10 weeks. The group’s growing popularity has extended beyond the U.S. music market to South America. On November 17, CORTIS graced the latest digital cover of Billboard Brazil.



Billboard Brazil introduced the team, stating, “In the fiercely competitive K-pop scene, CORTIS, who debuted less than two months ago, is already standing out with their own skills.” The outlet praised the group, noting, “The five members break conventional molds with their intense stage presence and charisma, showing a distinct identity among rookies who debuted this year.”



The article added, “Though newly debuted, CORTIS already has numerous fans in Brazil. Even before starting a tour, Brazilian fans are eagerly waiting for them.” It also highlighted the fervent local fandom, which reacts passionately to even a single comment or favorite food shared by the group.
