K-pop boy group BOYNEXTDOOR has officially become a three-time million-seller, solidifying their reputation as one of the most musically talented groups in the industry.

According to South Korea’s album sales tracker Hanteo Chart on October 27, BOYNEXTDOOR’s fifth mini album The Action sold 1,041,802 copies in its first week following its release on October 20. With this achievement, the group has now earned three consecutive million-seller titles, following their third mini album 19.99 and fourth mini album No Genre.

BOYNEXTDOOR has consistently impressed listeners with self-produced music that resonates deeply with fans. The members participated in the production of every track on The Action, infusing the album with their distinct artistic color. On stage, they showcased their strong performance abilities through captivating live renditions of the title track Hollywood Action and the B-side You Know. Their solid vocals and powerful choreography once again proved their dual identity as both creators and performers, reinforcing their reputation as a “musically skilled team.”



Their success is also reflected in the charts. Hollywood Action climbed three spots to No. 19 on the Melon Daily Chart (as of Oct. 25), while ranking No. 5 on Apple Music Korea’s Top 100 and No. 12 on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs the same day. The album’s other tracks have also charted on both Apple Music’s Top 100 and Spotify’s Daily Top Songs since release. The Action further topped Apple Music Korea’s Top Albums chart from October 21 to 25, underscoring its wide appeal.



BOYNEXTDOOR’s comeback has drawn significant attention from global fans as well. In Japan, The Action ranked No. 2 on Oricon’s Daily Album Chart (Oct. 25), while the title track placed No. 6 on LINE MUSIC’s Daily Top 100 Songs. In China, the song debuted at No. 12 on QQ Music’s “New Song Chart” (Oct. 26), proving the group’s expanding global influence and growing popularity across Asia.
