Girl group LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae) is adding a unique “flavor” to the K-pop scene with their latest single that’s both a feast for the ears and eyes.
On October 24 at 1 p.m. (KST), the group released their first single album “SPAGHETTI”, marking their highly anticipated comeback. They are currently promoting the title track “SPAGHETTI (feat. j-hope of BTS)” with dynamic performances on KBS2’s Music Bank, MBC’s Show! Music Core, and SBS’s Inkigayo.
In a recent broadcast interview, LE SSERAFIM shared, “We’re so happy to be back after seven months. We think this performance is like tomato spaghetti — a classic flavor that everyone loves. We want our music to be something people keep coming back to.” The members captured attention with bold new visuals, including bleached eyebrows, orange hair, and mid-length cuts—all first-time style transformations for the group.
Their signature choreography, featuring playful expressions and a pinky-finger gesture that symbolizes “LE SSERAFIM stuck in your head,” has quickly become a hot topic online. Enhanced by stronger live vocals and stage presence honed during their world tour earlier this year, their performances highlight the group’s remarkable growth.
As a result, LE SSERAFIM is being dubbed “Mas-Serafim” (a playful blend of “맛” meaning flavor and LE SSERAFIM) for their ability to deliver both “auditory flavor” through catchy music and “visual flavor” through creative performances.
Following their comeback stages, “SPAGHETTI (feat. j-hope of BTS)” topped both the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart and the European iTunes Song Chart for two consecutive days (October 24–25). As of 10 a.m. on October 27 (KST), the track had reached No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs in 55 countries/regions and entered the charts in 81 countries/regions overall. It also placed No. 41 on Spotify’s Daily Top Songs Global chart (October 25), marking its second consecutive day on the chart.
Meanwhile, at 11 a.m. on October 27, HYBE MERCH’s official social media channels unveiled a merchandise photoshoot for the single album “SPAGHETTI,” featuring album, brand, and collaboration merch items. The concept-themed photos further emphasize LE SSERAFIM’s creative dedication to the “cooking” motif that defines their latest release.
