BTS Jimin, a “World-Class” Heart… Donates 100 Million KRW to Jeonbuk Office of Education
BTS member Jimin has once again shown his generosity by donating 100 million KRW to the Jeonbuk Office of Education.
According to the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education on the 25th, Jimin sent a 100 million KRW scholarship to the Jeonbuk Office of Education Love Scholarship Association on the 18th. It was revealed that his father had expressed Jimin’s intention to donate during a phone call to the superintendent’s office in July.
Since 2019, Jimin has quietly carried out good deeds by donating scholarships to support underprivileged students, beginning with his hometown of Busan and later extending to the education offices of Jeonnam, Gangwon, Chungbuk, and Gyeongnam.
Acting Superintendent Yoo Jung-gi stated, “We are deeply grateful to BTS’s Jimin for sharing warmth for the future of children. The donation will be used through the Love Scholarship Association to support students studying in difficult circumstances.”
