Notably, his first mixtape Agust D, released in 2016, reached 500 million streams in early August. With this, Suga has become the first and only Korean solo artist to have more than three albums surpass 500 million streams on Spotify. Expanding the scope to Asian solo artists overall, he follows only Joji and Mitski as the third to achieve this feat.



In addition, Amygdala from his first full-length solo album D-DAY (2023) surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify as of August 28. This brings Suga’s total number of solo and collaboration tracks with over 100 million streams each to 15.
