“Global Chart King” BTS Jin Surpasses 3 Billion Spotify Streams with Solo Songs

BTS’s Jin has surpassed 3 billion cumulative streams on Spotify with his solo tracks, once again shining as one of K-pop’s leading solo artists.



Showcasing his distinctive presence as both a vocalist and a storyteller with a refined musical narrative, Jin has driven every solo release to global achievements, proving his unrivaled digital power. As of August 17 (KST), his solo songs on Spotify have collectively surpassed 3 billion streams.



His solo debut single “The Astronaut” leads with 591.41 million streams, followed by his latest title track “Don’t Say You Love Me” with 354.79 million. “Epiphany” (308.40 million) and “Moon” (237.88 million), along with other previously released solo songs, have also steadily contributed to the 3-billion milestone.



Jin’s recently released second solo album “Echo” has further expanded his musical horizons. The title track “Don’t Say You Love Me” (354M) rose to the ranks of his signature songs within just three months of release, dominating global charts while spanning genres from synth-pop to rock, solidifying Jin’s growth as an artist. The track topped daily and weekly charts in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Honduras, winning strong local listener support. On August 15, it reclaimed No. 1 on Spotify Japan and has maintained the top spot to date. In particular, in Singapore it set a historic record by holding No. 1 for 87 consecutive days, underscoring the universal resonance and powerful impact of Jin’s vocals and music.



Other tracks from “Echo” have also shown steady popularity, with “Nothing Without Your Love” (31.24M), “Loser (feat. YENA)” (29.58M), and “Rope It” (28.29M) all surpassing the 20 million mark. Covering a wide spectrum of genres—from 80s synth-pop to Britpop, country rock, and heavy metal—Jin’s expanded musical range has captivated the diverse tastes of listeners worldwide.
