YOUNG POSSE Wraps Up Successful First Week of Comeback Promotions with New Track “FREESTYLE”

YOUNG POSSE (Jung Sunhye, Wi Yeonjung, Jian, Doeun, Han Jieun) has successfully completed their first week of comeback promotions.

On August 14, the group released their 4th EP Growing Pain pt.1 : FREE and kicked off their comeback stages the same day on Mnet’s M Countdown, followed by appearances on MBC’s Show! Music Core and SBS’s Inkigayo, where they performed the title track “FREESTYLE.”

Taking the stage in sporty casual looks, YOUNG POSSE delivered a free-spirited performance of “FREESTYLE,” embodying their bold declaration to pursue art on their own terms—unbound by others’ standards or expectations—through flawless live vocals and performance.

In particular, the group captivated audiences with powerful energy, skillful vocals, and dynamic rapping that showcased their signature “hip-crush” charm. Their commanding stage presence exuded both intensity and confidence, capturing fans’ eyes and ears alike.

Global K-pop fans responded enthusiastically, leaving comments such as: “When it comes to old-school, it’s YOUNG POSSE,” “An irreplaceable group that proves itself with talent,” “Another masterpiece after ‘POSSE UP!’ and ‘XXL,’” and “The prime example of growth idols.”
