BTS’s Jimin has cemented his status as a leading figure in K-pop on Spotify’s U.S. chart.
According to Spotify’s U.S. chart, Jimin has accumulated over 546 million total streams, the highest cumulative streaming count for any K-pop artist in the chart’s history. This surpasses the previous record of 545 million streams held by BTS as a group, making Jimin the most-streamed K-pop artist on the U.S. chart, both as a soloist and as a member of a group. Jimin now holds multiple records as the most successful K-pop artist on the platform in the U.S.
The title track Who from his second solo album MUSE stands as the most-streamed K-pop song on the U.S. chart, with a filtered total of 386.94 million streams — showcasing unrivaled streaming power. Who also became the first K-pop song to enter the “Most-Streamed Songs in U.S. Spotify History” top 100 list, surpassing Billie Eilish’s Bad Guy to currently rank at No. 97.
Without any collaboration with foreign artists, Who reached No. 1 on Spotify U.S.’s Daily Top Songs chart purely on Jimin’s own merit — making it the first and only K-pop solo track to achieve this feat.
Additionally, MUSE became the first and only K-pop album to surpass 400 million streams on Spotify U.S. and the first K-pop solo album to spend 48 weeks on the U.S. Top Albums chart, proving his immense popularity in the region.
Meanwhile, Who has remained on Spotify U.S.’s Daily Top Songs chart for 373 days, continuing its strong performance more than a year after its release.
