Pledis Confirms: “SEVENTEEN’s S.Coups & Mingyu to Release Unit Album in September” 



SEVENTEEN members S.Coups and Mingyu are teaming up for a new unit project.



On the 11th, a representative from Pledis Entertainment told Star News, “S.Coups and Mingyu are scheduled to release a unit album in September. Detailed information will be announced through an official notice.”



S.Coups and Mingyu have been performing together as part of SEVENTEEN’s Hip-Hop Team, one of the group’s three official sub-units along with the Performance Team and Vocal Team, alongside members Wonwoo and Vernon. This marks the first time the two will be releasing music as a duo, sparking anticipation for their chemistry.



In the past, SEVENTEEN has had several project units, including Leaders (S.Coups, Hoshi, Woozi), BSS (Seungkwan, DK, Hoshi), Jeonghan x Wonwoo, and Hoshi x Woozi.



As SEVENTEEN celebrates their 10th debut anniversary this year, the group continues to showcase a variety of activities both as a full 13-member act and in sub-unit formats.



SEVENTEEN debuted in May 2015 and has since released numerous hit songs, including Adore U, Mansae, Pretty U, Very NICE, BOOMBOOM, Clap, Thanks, Oh My!, Home, Left & Right, HOME;RUN, Rock with you, HOT, Super, God of Music, MAESTRO, LOVE, MONEY, FAME, and THUNDER.
