BTS’s Jimin has set a major record on the U.S. Spotify charts, demonstrating his unrivaled popularity and solidifying his status as the leading figure in K-pop.



According to the latest update from Spotify, the world’s largest music streaming platform, Jimin’s second album MUSE has surpassed 400 million filtered streams on the U.S. Spotify chart. MUSE is the first and only K-pop album to achieve this milestone on the U.S. Spotify chart, far surpassing BTS’s own PROOF album, which previously held 321 million streams. This new record highlights Jimin’s unmatched "one-top" power in the K-pop industry.

In addition, MUSE has become the first and only K-pop solo album to spend 47 weeks on Spotify U.S.'s Weekly Top Albums chart. The album’s lead track “Who” has been the driving force behind its streaming success.



“Who” has recorded 384.28 million streams to date and has made history by entering the Top 100 of Spotify U.S.’s all-time most-streamed songs list — the first K-pop track to do so. It currently ranks at No. 98, surpassing Olivia Rodrigo’s Drivers License.



Moreover, “Who” is the first and only solo track by a K-pop solo artist, without any collaborations, to reach No. 1 on Spotify U.S.'s Daily Top Songs chart. As of the August 3rd chart, it ranks No. 66 and has charted for 367 consecutive days, setting the record for the longest-charting Korean solo song. It has also spent 52 weeks (1 year) on Spotify U.S.'s Weekly Top Songs chart.
