그룹 더보이즈 멤버 상연이 입대한다.상연은 17일 신병교육대에 입소, 기초군사훈련을 받은 뒤 육군 군악대로 복무할 예정이다.
소속사 원헌드레드는 지난 1월 "상연은 육군 군악대에 지원해 병무청으로부터 최종 합격 통보를 받았다"며 "신병 교육대 입소 당일에는 안전 및 혼선 방지를 위해 별도의 행사는 진행하지 않을 예정"이라고 밝혔다.
팀 내 맏형인 상연은 더보이즈 멤버 중 처음으로 병역의무 이행에 나선다. 그는 입대를 앞두고 짧게 자른 머리를 공개하기도 했다. 한편 더보이즈는 지난해 12월 MC몽이 수장으로 있는 원헌드레드로 이적했다. 이들은 상연의 입대 날인 17일 정규 3집 '언익스펙티드'를 발매한다.
