방탄소년단(BTS) 슈가가 어거스트 디(Agust D)로 또 한 번 빛나는 기록을 썼다. 슈가는 어거스트 디로 2021년 스포티파이(Spotify) 최다 스트리밍 한국 남성 솔로 가수로 이름을 올렸다. 2년 연속 1위 기록이다.
슈가는 앞서 2020년에도 스포티파이 최다 스트이밍 한국 남성 솔로 가수에 오른 바 있다. 슈가가 지난해 5월 22일 어거스트 디로 발표한 두 번째 믹스테이프 'D-2' 타이틀곡 '대취타'는 스포티파이에서 1월 1일(한국시간) 1억 6000만 스트리밍을 돌파하는 등 스포티파이에서 큰 사랑을 받고 있다.
전 세계 팬들은 슈가의 어거스트 디로서 대기록 달성에 AGUST D SPOTIFY KING, #AgustDTopMaleKpopArtist2021 등 트위터 트렌드로 축하했다.
