
BTS Jimin completed his military service and was discharged on June 11th. To commemorate this event, fans around the world have been making special donations, creating a heartwarming and inspiring story.
The Korean Childhood Leukemia Foundation recently announced on their official SNS that Jimin’s international fans donated $10,130 (approximately 14 million Korean Won) to support children battling leukemia. They shared a certificate of donation. Prior to this, Jimin’s French fans donated to UNICEF France, and fans in Myanmar, deeply saddened by the recent earthquake, made donations to refugee camps. Indonesian fans donated rice and milk to children at the Hazar Aswad Orphanage in Sidoarjo.
Additionally, Jimin’s Latin American fans donated to UNICEF, and fans in Honduras contributed to the E2E (Educate2Envision) Foundation, which provides secondary and leadership education to impoverished rural communities across Honduras. Russian fans donated to the Konstantin Khabensky Foundation, which supports children with brain diseases, and Swiss fans donated to the Hedgehog Rescue Foundation, joining in the charitable effort.
