지난 2011년 12월 2일 개설된 임영웅 유튜브 채널은 2월 23일 기준 총 777개의 영상이 게재돼 있다. 임영웅 유튜브 영상 중 최다 조회수 영상은 2021년 10월 11일 공개된 '사랑은 늘 도망가'로 이날 기준 9268만 뷰를 돌파했으며, 2021년 3월 9일 공개된 '별빛같은나의사랑아' 무대 영상이 7304만 뷰로 뒤를 이었다.
